Our son’s health led us to the Safe Food project and its implementation. After anaphylactic shock in his first year of life, he was diagnosed with severe allergies to BKM, soy and eggs. To make matters worse, celiac disease was also added.
The Safe Food Project has been many months in the making and is the answer to the everyday question “what to eat anyway”? That’s why we would like to make this dilemma easier for you and treat you or your children to an allergen-free diet. You will be able to do other activities because we will cook and bake for you. These allergens are: gluten-containing grains, Crustaceans, Eggs, Peanuts, Peanuts, Soy, Dairy and dairy products, Nuts, Sesame, Sulfur Dioxide, Lupine, Shellfish.
